In an innovative approach to improving the efficiency and safety of building inspections, FEDS Drone-powered Solutions completed a comprehensive façade inspection at the iconic One Zabeel building in Dubai using drones. The inspection was conducted using an M300 drone equipped with the PhaseOne P3 payload. The project spanned two days and involved 16 flights, inspecting a 300-meter-tall building known for its height and complex structure, including a unique bridge that connects two towers. The inspection targeted identifying cracked or broken glass panels and issues with their connections, utilizing both RGB and thermal imaging to detect temperature variations caused by panel gaps or defects.
